Inside The Gallery – Making of Episode 2

Inside The Gallery is a developer diaries series in partnership with HTC. The series chronicles the development of Cloudhead Games’ The Gallery – Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone. Produced in-house, Inside The Gallery will have sneak peeks, developer interviews, and exclusive footage of Heart of the Emberstone through to release in early 2017.

1: New Beginnings

The Gallery – Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone sends players to the ruinous planet of Ember, where they will discover the history of its demise, and come face to face with an incredible source of power.

2: World of Ember

In this episode, learn about the art direction, inspiration, and design of the all-new world featured in Heart of the Emberstone. Art Director Jonathan Hackett and Creative Director Denny Unger will introduce the planet of Ember and what players can expect during their upcoming adventure.

5: The Story of Ember

With more than an hour of voice acted and motion captured story in Episode 2, The Gallery continues to be one of the most compelling story-driven games in VR. We talk with multi award-winning Narrative Director Mike Wilson and Level Designer Max Arnold about the dark 80s narrative driving the player’s adventure in Heart of the Emberstone.
